Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of QVoiceMp3, including subscriptions and applicable third-party model licenses.
1. Agreement
By signing in to QVoiceMp3 and selecting the acceptance control, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable third-party/model terms identified in the app. If you do not agree, do not continue to use the app.
2. Your use of QVoiceMp3
You may use QVoiceMp3 for lawful personal or business text-to-speech and voiceover creation. You are responsible for the text, documents, audio, and other material you provide or generate and for having any permissions required to use that material.
Do not use QVoiceMp3 to impersonate, deceive, harass, exploit, defraud, violate privacy, infringe intellectual property, create unlawful content, or cause harm.
3. Supertonic 3 model terms
QVoiceMp3 includes Supertonic 3 model weights licensed under OpenRAIL-M. Use of those weights is subject to the complete OpenRAIL-M license and its use-based restrictions, including Attachment A. Among other restrictions, you must not use the model for prohibited unlawful or harmful conduct, deceptive impersonation, certain discriminatory or high-impact decision uses, prohibited medical or law-enforcement uses, or dissemination that fails applicable model-generated-content disclosure requirements.
The app keeps the complete applicable third-party/model notices available in Settings → Third-party & model licenses. The pinned Supertonic model license used by this build is also available from the archived upstream model repository.
4. Other open-source components
QVoiceMp3 also uses components distributed under licenses such as Apache License 2.0, MIT, BSD/Clear BSD, and other notices bundled with the app. Those licenses govern the corresponding third-party components. These Terms do not replace or restrict rights granted by an open-source license.
5. Subscriptions and ads
Premium subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play. Price, currency, taxes, renewal terms, trials if offered, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the checkout information shown by Google Play and applicable law. Unless cancelled through Google Play, a recurring subscription may renew according to the plan shown at checkout. Premium entitlement removes QVoiceMp3 in-app advertising while the entitlement remains active.
6. Generated output
QVoiceMp3 does not guarantee that generated speech will be error-free, suitable for every purpose, or free from pronunciation or translation errors. Review important output before publication. You are responsible for complying with laws and platform rules concerning synthetic or machine-generated audio and any required disclosure.
7. Service changes and availability
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features, models, languages, or third-party integrations. Open-source upstream projects may also change or end support. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, security attacks, fraud, or material violations of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, QVoiceMp3 is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that cannot legally be excluded. THE QWORLD is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unsupported third-party services, user content, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
