1. What QVoiceMp3 does

QVoiceMp3 is a text-to-speech and voiceover app. You can type or paste text, import supported documents, select a voice and language, generate audio, save audio, and use premium features offered through Google Play.

2. Data we process

Account and security data

• Email address used for passwordless OTP sign-in.
• A random app installation identifier used to bind your session to your installation.
• Security metadata such as IP address, OTP request timestamps, failed verification attempts, session timestamps, and server request identifiers.
• Your acceptance version for the Terms, Privacy Policy, and applicable model-use terms.

Content on your device

Text you type or paste, imported document text, generated voice audio, drafts, and exported audio are processed or stored on your device as part of the app experience. QVoiceMp3's bundled voice engines run on-device. Imported content is not uploaded to THE QWORLD's QVoiceMp3 login server for voice generation.

Translation

When Auto Translate is used, the app uses Google ML Kit translation components and language packs on the device. Availability and processing by Google components are subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.

3. Advertising and purchases

The free version may display Google Mobile Ads. Google and its partners may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location or other data as described in Google's policies and according to your device and consent settings. Premium purchases and subscription status are handled by Google Play Billing. THE QWORLD does not receive your full payment-card details.

4. Why we use account data

• Send and verify one-time sign-in codes.
• Create and protect your QVoiceMp3 session.
• Prevent abuse, spam, and automated OTP attacks.
• Record current legal and model-use acceptance.
• Provide support, diagnose failures, and protect the service.

5. Retention

Active account and session records are retained while needed to provide sign-in and support. Expired OTP challenges and sessions are periodically removed. Security logs are rotated. If you request account deletion, QVoiceMp3 account records under our control are deleted or de-identified subject to security, fraud-prevention, legal, and backup-retention requirements.

Audio or documents that you export to shared device storage are controlled by you and may remain after you sign out or uninstall the app.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your QVoiceMp3 account information. Data may be processed by service providers used to operate the app, including Hostinger infrastructure/email delivery and Google services used for ads, Play Billing, and ML Kit. We may disclose data when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in a lawful business transfer.

7. Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of QVoiceMp3 account data by contacting support@theqworld.com. For deletion instructions, see the Data Deletion page. You can control ad personalization and related Google settings through your Google account and device settings.

8. Children

QVoiceMp3 is not directed to children under the minimum age required to independently consent to online services in their jurisdiction. Do not provide a child's personal information without appropriate authorization.

9. Security and changes

We use technical and organizational safeguards such as hashed OTPs, hashed session tokens, rate limits, transport security, and restricted server configuration files. No system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when the app, law, or service providers change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
