Learning activity

Course access or enrollment records, learning progress, saved lesson notes and related activity needed to provide the learning experience.

Purchases & subscriptions

For purchases made through Google Play, we receive information needed to verify the transaction and provide course access, which can include product identifiers, purchase tokens, order references and purchase status. Google processes the payment; QLearnX does not need your full payment-card number to verify purchases.

Support & technical information

Support messages and information you choose to send us; service logs, request timestamps, device or app diagnostics and network/security information used for reliability and fraud prevention. Basic usage or referral events may be processed where those features are enabled.

2. Why we use information

• Sign users in securely and administer accounts.
• Deliver courses and preserve lesson progress and notes.
• Verify eligible Google Play purchases and manage access rights.
• Respond to support, privacy and account requests.
• Prevent abuse and resolve technical or security problems.
• Comply with applicable law, accounting and legitimate security requirements.

We use the information for these service-related purposes and do not sell QLearnX account or lesson information to data brokers.

3. Service providers

Google Play handles Android app distribution and Google Play billing. Google processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

Hosting, email and support services may process information necessary to operate QLearnX, deliver one-time passcodes, protect the website and handle customer requests. THE QWORLD's central support or identity systems may process account information to provide shared support and account services.

Such processing may occur in countries outside your own, depending on the relevant service provider and infrastructure.

4. Data storage & security

We use security measures such as HTTPS, restricted server access, authenticated API requests and verification of Google Play purchase entitlements. No service can guarantee absolute security.

Account and learning data are generally kept while needed to provide services. Authentication tokens and temporary codes are managed according to their purpose. Some transaction, security or legal records may be retained for as long as required by applicable obligations or for dispute prevention.

6. Your choices & rights

Depending on local law, you may be entitled to access, correct or delete personal information or raise an objection to processing. You may request help by contacting us from the email address associated with the account; we may ask you to verify ownership before making changes.

QLearnX provides educational content. Children who are permitted to use the service should do so with parental or guardian supervision where required by applicable law and store policies.
