Delete your account or data

You can request permanent deletion of a QLearnX account and associated data from THE QWORLD. Use the app's account deletion option, if available in your version, or submit the form below without needing to sign in.

Option 1 · Delete through the app

  1. Open the QLearnX Android app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open the account or settings area and choose the account deletion option if your app version provides it.
  3. Follow the confirmation steps. If you cannot find this option or cannot sign in, use the request form on this page.
Deletion includes: deactivation of the QLearnX user account and removal of supported account-linked data, including stored lesson progress, personal notes, authentication tokens and enrollments, with course entitlements revoked.
Google Play purchases: Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions or trigger refunds. For recurring subscriptions, manage your Google Play subscription separately.

Option 2 · Submit a deletion request

Use the email linked to your QLearnX account. We may ask for additional verification to prevent anyone else from deleting your information. Submission does not immediately delete the account.

Alternatively, send an email from the account address to support@theqworld.com with the subject “QLearnX Account and Data Deletion Request.”

Which data may be retained?

We remove or anonymize account-linked QLearnX information that is no longer necessary to provide the service. Some transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute records may need to be retained to meet legal requirements or protect against abuse. Data independently held by Google is subject to Google's own policies.

What happens after you request deletion?

Support reviews the request and may contact you at the registered address to confirm ownership. Verified deletion requests are handled in accordance with applicable law. You may be informed if a legal or operational retention requirement applies.
