Who operates FaceAnim
FaceAnim is provided by The QWorld Company (“THE QWORLD”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Questions about this policy can be sent to support@theqworld.com.
Information we process
- Account information: your email address and authentication/session information needed for passwordless sign-in.
- Creator inputs: story ideas, scripts, prompts, generation settings, and other content you choose to submit when requesting FaceAnim features.
- Generated-media information: identifiers and processing metadata needed to return requested visuals, narration, hooks, captions, or related results.
- Billing entitlement information: Google Play product, purchase/subscription status, purchase tokens or related entitlement identifiers needed to verify Creator access and credits. We do not receive your full payment-card details from Google Play.
- Technical and security information: request IDs, error/status information, timestamps, and limited operational logs used to secure and maintain the service.
Information stored on your device
FaceAnim is designed so project assets such as downloaded/generated scene media, narration files, saved projects, selected music, and exported videos can be stored locally on your device.
Removing a local project, deleting its files, clearing app storage, or uninstalling FaceAnim can remove device-stored information. A server-side deletion request does not automatically delete copies you have saved locally or exported elsewhere.
How we use information
- Authenticate your FaceAnim account.
- Generate and deliver creator outputs you request.
- Verify Creator subscriptions, Scene Credits, Hook Credits, and eligible top-ups.
- Resume or protect in-progress requests and prevent unintended duplicate paid operations.
- Provide support, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability and security.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Service providers
FaceAnim may use infrastructure, authentication, billing, media-processing, and generation service providers only as needed to deliver the feature you request. Google Play handles Android purchases and subscription checkout.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers. We do not expose internal provider credentials, secret keys, or private backend configuration through the app.
Retention and security
We retain server-side information only for as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, billing/entitlement integrity, support, dispute prevention, and applicable legal obligations. Different records may require different retention periods.
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including authenticated backend requests and server-side entitlement controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion
You can request deletion of eligible FaceAnim account and server-side personal data. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Google Play and external services
Google Play’s own terms and privacy practices apply to Play Store billing, purchase history, and subscription management. Deleting FaceAnim account data does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
