Fastest way to request deletion
Send the request from the same email address you use to sign in to FaceAnim. This helps us verify that the request belongs to you.
What to include
- Subject: FaceAnim Data Deletion Request.
- The email address used for your FaceAnim account.
- State that you want eligible FaceAnim account and server-side personal data deleted.
- If you only want a specific category removed, clearly describe that category.
Do not email passwords, OTP codes, Google Play service-account files, secret keys, or full payment-card information.
What the request can cover
- Eligible FaceAnim account/profile records associated with your verified email.
- Eligible server-side creator or support records that can reasonably be associated with your account.
- Other eligible personal data held by THE QWORLD for the FaceAnim service.
We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request.
Files stored on your phone
Projects, generated media, narration, music selections, and exported videos may be stored locally on your device. Server-side deletion cannot remove files already stored on your phone or copies you exported or shared.
To remove local FaceAnim data
- Delete the relevant project/media inside FaceAnim where available.
- Delete exported videos from your device storage.
- Clear FaceAnim app storage or uninstall the app if you want to remove the local app session and local app data.
Google Play subscription
Deleting FaceAnim account data does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Subscription management and Google Play purchase history are controlled by Google.
Information that may be retained
Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required for security, fraud/abuse prevention, billing or entitlement integrity, accounting, dispute resolution, or compliance. We will not keep eligible personal data merely because you submitted a deletion request.
What happens next
- We receive your request at support@theqworld.com.
- We may verify account ownership or ask what scope you want deleted.
- We process eligible deletion requests in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
- We confirm when the request has been processed or explain if limited information must be retained.
