100% commission-based; no fixed salary. Affiliate registration, approval and acceptance of Affiliate terms are required. A one-time commission may be earned only on the first successfully paid, verified subscriber referred through an assigned link. No commission is payable for clicks, installs, free users, free trials, refunded payments or cancellations during the verification/refund period. Payouts follow a monthly 15th review, with a minimum eligible INR balance of ₹5,000 and at least 45 days of verified payment/refund checks. Unpaid smaller balances carry forward; payment may take longer where checks remain pending.

About the opportunity

We are hiring Sales & Marketing Executives across India to promote THE QWORLD mobile apps and generate paid subscriptions. This is a remote, freelance, part-time role with flexible hours. Freshers, students, and experienced marketers are welcome. The position is 100% commission-based with no fixed salary. Earnings are based on verified eligible sales only. Commission rates and payment terms will be disclosed before joining.

Requirements

Open to freshers, students, and experienced marketers. No specific years of experience required. Strong communication and marketing skills preferred. Must be based in India. Ability to work independently and generate leads through online marketing, social media, referrals, and field sales.
