By applying for a position, you confirm that the details submitted are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have permission to provide the documents you upload. Applying does not constitute an employment offer or guarantee an interview.
Commission-based opportunities
Where a posting is identified as commission-based, it is 100% commission-based, with no fixed salary. Admin approval, successful Affiliate registration, explicit app assignment, and acceptance of the Affiliate Agreement are required before earning any commission. Only first successfully paid and verified subscribers referred through assigned affiliate links may generate one-time commissions. Clicks, installs, free accounts, refunded payments and cancellations during the verification/refund period are not payable. Payouts normally take approximately 45 days or longer after successful verification. Review the full Affiliate Agreement and displayed app-specific rate before accepting activation.
What we collect
We collect your verified email, name, phone, experience, links and location if supplied, position applied for, cover note, résumé, application status, and communication history to evaluate your candidacy and contact you.
How we evaluate applications
A hiring administrator may use a keyword and experience coverage report to compare résumé text against the role's explicit skill requirements. It is incomplete and may fail to read scanned files; a missing keyword does not imply a missing skill. Automated coverage does not reject, shortlist, rank, or hire candidates. An authorized human makes all hiring decisions.
Who can access your application
Authorized THE QWORLD hiring administrators can review applications and download résumé documents. Résumés are not published. We use our hosting and email providers to operate this service. AI job-description drafting uses a configured provider, but applicant résumés are not submitted to that provider by the built-in evidence report.
Security and retention
Applications are stored in our private database and protected server storage. We retain applicant information only as long as necessary for recruitment and legitimate legal purposes, subject to applicable law. Ask us to delete or correct your application by writing to support@theqworld.com. Do not include ID numbers or other sensitive documents unless we separately and securely request them.
Communications
We will send account verification emails, and may contact you about a position or interview. We do not sell applicant contact information or subscribe you to product marketing because you applied. Email sending confirmation does not guarantee delivery to your inbox.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion of your application, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Read our Privacy Policy and Site Terms for more information.
