Clarity from the start.

1. Parties and acceptance

This Affiliate Program Agreement is between THE QWORLD, operated by its proprietor in India ("THE QWORLD", "we", "us"), and the person or legal entity applying to the program ("Affiliate", "you"). The Affiliate must have legal capacity to enter this Agreement and be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. THE QWORLD must review and approve your account, an administrator must explicitly assign eligible apps and commission rates, and you must accept the current Affiliate Agreement before referral links can be activated. By affirmatively accepting these terms during registration, you agree to this Agreement and the linked Privacy Policy.

2. Program participation and independence

THIS IS A 100% COMMISSION-BASED OPPORTUNITY WITH NO FIXED SALARY, WAGES OR GUARANTEED EARNINGS. The relationship is that of independent parties. This Agreement does not create salaried employment, agency, a partnership, a franchise, a joint venture, or authority to bind THE QWORLD. You are responsible for your personnel, promotion channels, expenses and legal obligations, subject to non-waivable applicable law.

THE QWORLD may approve, reject or suspend an application after reasonable compliance, identity, brand safety or fraud checks. We may restrict countries, apps, campaigns, traffic sources or channels where payments or compliance cannot be supported.

3. Permitted promotions and clear disclosures

You may promote only products and campaigns shown as eligible in your affiliate dashboard, using the referral links issued to your approved account. You must identify your commercial relationship clearly and conspicuously, for example "Affiliate link — I may earn a commission if you subscribe", in each applicable communication and comply with the laws and platform rules of your audience’s location.

Your claims must be accurate, current, independently supportable and consistent with official product information. You may not invent features, prices, performance claims, endorsements, guarantees, discounts or trial eligibility. Do not suggest that you are THE QWORLD or its employee, official support representative or authorized agent.

4. Prohibited conduct and invalid traffic

Prohibited conduct includes self-referrals, referring accounts you control, false identities, misleading domains or social profiles, trademark impersonation, deceptive redirects, click fraud, automated or incentivized installations, fake accounts, spam, malware, unauthorized paid search on brand terms, coupon abuse, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, device farms, and any attempt to bypass attribution or billing verification.

You may not contact consumers unlawfully, scrape or purchase personal data without a lawful basis, create false reviews, misrepresent official support, or use ads or creative assets in violation of applicable rights or platform policies. THE QWORLD may invalidate affected referrals and suspend participation after investigating suspicious activity.

5. Attribution and eligible commissions

NO COMMISSION is earned for referral-link clicks, app installations, account registration, free users, free trials, unpaid or unverified orders, or purchases refunded, charged back or canceled during the verification/refund period. Only successfully paid and independently verified first subscriptions referred through the app links expressly assigned to your active affiliate account can qualify. A click, download, first app open, signup or free trial by itself is not a payable conversion. The program credits qualifying subscriptions only when a supported app securely links a genuine customer to an eligible referral and THE QWORLD independently verifies the corresponding Google Play paid order, subject to this Agreement and the rate displayed for the app at the time of the qualifying conversion.

ONE-TIME COMMISSION ONLY: For each eligible referred customer and each approved app, THE QWORLD pays at most one affiliate commission, on that customer’s first independently verified, eligible paid subscription purchase for that app. This is not a recurring revenue-share arrangement. No additional commissions arise from monthly renewals, yearly renewals, plan changes, repeat purchases, resubscriptions or reinstatements for that customer on that app. Commissions are calculated using verified eligible net developer revenue for the qualifying first purchase, excluding reversed or refunded value, taxes collected on behalf of authorities, applicable platform fees and adjustments. Rates are those valid for the approved app when the qualifying purchase occurs.

The one-time commission is an earning event, not a promise of an immediate transfer: several eligible first-purchase commissions may be paid together after the hold and compliance checks. The affiliate dashboard reports totals and commission activity without disclosing individual customers’ names, emails, phone numbers, account IDs or purchase histories. Detailed customer records are retained only for authorized internal operations.

Attribution may be unavailable where a user installs from a different channel, changes device, rejects tracking, does not log in, or where Google Play or other technical evidence does not establish a valid referral. An affiliate code or a screenshot alone does not establish a payable referral.

6. Verification, hold period, disputes and reversals

Payment normally takes approximately 45 calendar days or longer after successful payment verification and subject to the full refund/cancellation verification period and any other required payout checks; 45 days is not a guaranteed payment date. Eligible paid conversions ordinarily enter a minimum 45-calendar-day holding period from the date and time THE QWORLD verifies the processed paid transaction. Free-trial commencement does not start the hold. A due date is an eligibility date, not evidence that a bank transfer has been sent.

We may reasonably extend a hold where refunds, chargebacks, fraud investigation, payment verification, tax documentation, identity checks, sanctions, legal restrictions or unresolved account ownership issues remain. Invalid or reversed orders are not payable. Erroneous overpayments may be corrected or recovered in accordance with applicable law and documented with an explanation.

If you dispute a commission, contact support@theqworld.com within 60 days after the ledger entry is made available and include the relevant anonymized order reference and rationale. We will investigate available records in good faith without disclosing customer private information.

7. Payment instructions and transfer process

For INR payouts, verified commission balances must total at least ₹5,000. Smaller balances carry forward without forfeiture while the account remains eligible. A monthly payment review is scheduled for the 15th day of each month (India Standard Time). Only qualifying first paid subscriptions that have completed at least 45 calendar days of verification by that monthly cutoff are considered. Payment occurs on the 15th when all checks and beneficiary verification are complete, or later if bank, refund, compliance, tax or payment verification requires additional time. The 15th is the standard payment cycle, not a guaranteed settlement date; no partial payment below ₹5,000 can be required.

For India, the standard payment method is a bank transfer to a beneficiary account verified through the secure payout-details flow. The form becomes available only after an eligible payout cycle is approved. THE QWORLD may initiate two small, real test transfers which you must confirm from your own bank statement. These deposits verify access to the receiving account, but do not independently prove legal ownership. THE QWORLD must separately review beneficiary name/account information and comply with bank verification rules before paying. International and alternative payments require advance confirmation of support. We never ask for bank passwords, card PINs, UPI PINs or banking OTPs.

Applicable bank, correspondent, conversion or processing fees and exchange rates must be disclosed in the payment advice. The dashboard may display an earned commission in the source currency; the actual remittance currency, amount, withholding and transfer reference may differ and should be recorded in the payout statement. Incorrect payment details can delay processing.

8. Taxes, withholding and invoices

You are responsible for determining, declaring and paying your own income taxes and other taxes in your jurisdiction, keeping proper books, and issuing lawful invoices where required. Where applicable, you must provide accurate tax residency, PAN, GSTIN, registration, treaty forms, tax invoices and other documentation requested for a compliant payout.

THE QWORLD remains responsible for complying with taxes and reporting obligations imposed on it as payer, including deducting tax at source, remitting withheld amounts and issuing required statements or certificates where applicable. An Affiliate’s promise to handle their own taxes does not remove THE QWORLD’s legal withholding duties. Neither party will misstate tax residence or submit fabricated documents.

Any indirect tax (including GST if applicable) will be handled against valid tax invoices and applicable law. Affiliate commission statements are not substitutes for tax invoices or statutory TDS certificates.

9. Intellectual property and branding

Subject to program approval, THE QWORLD grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved logos and promotional materials solely for truthful, compliant program promotion. All brand ownership remains with THE QWORLD or its licensors.

You must not register confusing domain names, use logos to imitate official customer support, or modify materials in a misleading way. Remove brand materials and cease use of referral links when suspended or terminated.

10. Privacy and security

You must comply with applicable privacy, consumer protection and marketing laws. Do not send THE QWORLD unnecessary customer data or upload customer passwords, OTPs or payment information. THE QWORLD uses account, referral, verification and payment data for legitimate administration of the program, subject to its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify support promptly if your affiliate account or referral links appear compromised. You are responsible for legal notices and consent on your own websites, marketing lists and advertising platforms.

11. Changes, suspension and termination

Either party may end participation by written notice. THE QWORLD may suspend immediately to protect users or respond to suspected fraud, legal violations, impersonation or security threats, with review where practicable. Termination prevents new commissions but does not automatically forfeit previously verified, legitimate accrued commissions.

We may change program terms, rates or qualifying campaigns prospectively with reasonable notice through the dashboard or registered email. Material changes require fresh affirmative acceptance before new referrals qualify. Retroactive reductions of already earned eligible commissions will not be imposed except to correct errors, reversals or fraud.

12. Warranties, liability and indemnity

Each party is responsible for its own intentional misconduct, fraud, and breaches of applicable law. To the maximum extent legally permitted, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from participation in this program. No provision excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful.

The Affiliate will indemnify THE QWORLD against third-party claims directly arising from the Affiliate’s unlawful promotions, misrepresentations, infringement or misuse of customer data, to the extent permitted by law, subject to prompt notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond. THE QWORLD remains responsible for its own unlawful conduct.

13. Records, disputes and governing law

The program records the accepted agreement version and timestamp with the application. Verified transactions, affiliate status and payment references form the primary operational record. In case of a question, contact support@theqworld.com first; we will attempt good-faith resolution.

This Agreement is governed by Indian law, subject to any non-waivable protections in the Affiliate’s jurisdiction. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over THE QWORLD’s principal place of business in India will hear disputes to the extent permitted by law. Invalid provisions will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.

14. Contact and entire agreement

Questions, tax documentation requests, suspected impersonation and notices may be sent to support@theqworld.com. This Agreement together with the applicable program rates, expressly stated campaign rules and THE QWORLD Privacy Policy forms the affiliate program agreement. If campaign terms conflict, a specifically stated and subsequently accepted campaign rule applies only to that campaign.
