This policy explains how QRemMe handles information when you create reminders, use AI and voice features, view ads, or purchase QRemMe Premium.
1. Who we are

2. Information QRemMe handles
Reminder and task data
Reminder titles, notes, dates, times, repeat settings, completion status, app preferences, and related task information are primarily stored locally on your device using Android storage. If Android backup is enabled on your device, Android may include eligible app data in your device backup according to your Google and device settings.
AI feature data
When you use an AI feature, QRemMe sends the text you enter or approve, together with limited scheduling context such as date, time, time zone, language, app version, and relevant task details, to The QWORLD's secure QRemMe API. The API sends the request to DeepSeek for AI processing and returns a proposed response or reminder draft to the app.
QRemMe uses a randomly generated installation identifier for technical functions such as rate limiting, request correlation, security, and troubleshooting. This identifier is not your Google advertising ID and is not intended to directly identify you.
Voice input
QRemMe accesses the microphone only after you tap the microphone button and grant permission. Speech recognition may be processed on your device or by the speech-recognition service configured on your Android device. QRemMe receives the resulting transcript so you can review or edit it. QRemMe does not continuously listen in the background.
Advertising data
The free plan may display ads using Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention information in accordance with Google's policies and your consent or advertising settings. Premium users should not receive QRemMe ad requests while an active Premium entitlement is confirmed.
Subscription and purchase data
QRemMe Premium purchases are processed by Google Play. QRemMe may receive subscription product information, purchase state, purchase token, acknowledgement state, and entitlement status needed to provide Premium features. QRemMe does not receive or store your full payment-card number or Google account password.
Technical and support information
When you contact support, we process the information you provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, diagnostic details, and request identifiers. Limited technical records may also be processed to protect the service, apply rate limits, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse.

Notifications
To show reminder and follow-up notifications.
Microphone
To convert speech into editable reminder text after you choose voice input.
Exact alarms
To deliver time-sensitive reminders as close as possible to the selected time.
Internet & network state
For AI requests, ads, subscriptions, and service-status checks.
Boot and time changes
To restore future reminders after restart, app update, or time-zone changes.
Foreground playback & wake lock
To play reminder sound or speech reliably when a reminder occurs.
4. How information is used
- To create, schedule, display, speak, repeat, snooze, and complete reminders.
- To understand natural-language requests and provide AI-powered reminder suggestions.
- To provide and restore QRemMe Premium entitlements.
- To display ads to eligible free-plan users.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, and troubleshoot errors.
- To respond to support, privacy, and data-deletion requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect users, The QWORLD, and third parties.
5. Service providers and sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only as needed to operate QRemMe, comply with law, or protect rights and security. Relevant providers may include:
- DeepSeek, for processing AI requests. See DeepSeek's Privacy Policy.
- Google Play, for app distribution, subscription billing, entitlement restoration, and purchase management.
- Google AdMob, for advertising in the free plan. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Android speech-recognition providers, when voice input is processed by a service on or connected to your device.
- Hosting and security providers used by The QWORLD to operate the QRemMe API.
6. Data retention
- Local reminder data: remains on your device until you delete individual tasks, clear QRemMe's storage, reset the app, or uninstall it, subject to any Android backup you have enabled.
- AI processing and technical records: retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the response, maintain security, enforce rate limits, troubleshoot problems, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
- Support communications: retained as needed to answer your request and maintain an appropriate support record.
- Google Play and advertising records: retained by Google and other providers under their own policies.
Aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer reasonably be linked to you may be retained for service improvement and security.
7. Your choices and rights
- Edit or delete reminders within QRemMe.
- Disable microphone, notification, or exact-alarm permission in Android settings.
- Choose not to use AI or voice features.
- Manage or cancel QRemMe Premium through Google Play.
- Clear local QRemMe data or uninstall the app.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of information reasonably linked to you, subject to applicable law.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. QRemMe service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their terms, privacy policies, and applicable legal safeguards.
9. Children
QRemMe is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through QRemMe, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when QRemMe's features, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
