QRemMe Data Deletion

Use this page to remove local reminder data, manage your Google Play subscription, or request deletion of QRemMe server-side information that can reasonably be linked to you or your installation.

QRemMe does not currently require an app account

QRemMe can be used without creating a QRemMe username or password. Therefore, there may be no QRemMe account to delete. You can still delete local app data and request deletion of eligible server-side information.

Deleting QRemMe data does not automatically cancel QRemMe Premium. Subscription cancellation is managed separately through Google Play.

Option 1: Delete reminders inside QRemMe

  1. Open QRemMe.
  2. Open the reminder or task you want to remove.
  3. Choose Delete and confirm.
  4. Repeat for any other reminders you want to remove.

This removes the selected reminder from QRemMe's local database on that device.

Option 2: Delete all local QRemMe data

  1. Open your Android device's Settings.
  2. Open Apps or App management.
  3. Select QRemMe.
  4. Open Storage & cache.
  5. Choose Clear storage or Clear data and confirm.

You may also uninstall QRemMe. These actions normally remove reminders, task history, preferences, and the locally generated installation identifier from that device.

Android backup: If device backup or restore is enabled, eligible app data may also exist in a Google or device backup. Manage or delete those backups through your Google account and device backup settings.

Option 3: Request deletion of server-side QRemMe data

To help locate eligible records, include only the details you have available:

Do not send your payment-card number, Google password, DeepSeek API key, one-time passwords, or other account credentials.

What we will delete

After reasonable verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible QRemMe records that can reasonably be located and linked to you or your installation, which may include:

We normally aim to complete eligible requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional information to verify the request or locate the relevant records.

Information that may be retained

Some information may be retained when necessary for security, fraud and abuse prevention, dispute resolution, financial recordkeeping, legal compliance, or establishment and defense of legal claims. We may also retain aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer reasonably be linked to you.

Records controlled independently by Google, DeepSeek, your speech-recognition provider, or another third party must be managed through that provider's privacy tools and policies.

Google Play subscription and purchase data

Deleting QRemMe app data does not cancel an active subscription and does not delete Google's payment or order records.

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile picture.
  3. Open Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions.
  4. Select QRemMe Premium.
  5. Choose Cancel subscription and follow Google's instructions.

For Google-controlled purchase and account data, use your Google account privacy, payments, subscriptions, and order-history controls.

Advertising and speech-recognition data

Free-plan advertising may be processed by Google AdMob, and voice input may be processed by your Android speech-recognition provider. The QWORLD cannot directly delete information controlled solely by those providers. Review:
