Data Deletion
Remove local game data or request deletion of information controlled by THE QWORLD.
Current account status
The current version of QBrainIQ does not require a THE QWORLD account. Most scores, progress and preferences are stored locally on your Android device.
Delete data stored on your device
- Open Android Settings.
- Choose Apps and select QBrainIQ.
- Open Storage & cache.
- Tap Clear storage or Clear data.
You may also uninstall QBrainIQ. Clearing storage or uninstalling may permanently remove game progress that has not been backed up through a separate platform service.
Request deletion from THE QWORLD
Email support@theqworld.com with the subject QBrainIQ Data Deletion Request. Describe the information you want deleted and include enough details to identify the relevant support message or record. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
We may request limited verification. Valid requests are normally completed within 30 days unless more time or retention is required by law.

- Support emails and attachments you sent directly to us.
- Diagnostic information you voluntarily supplied to support.
- Other identifiable records controlled by THE QWORLD and connected to your verified request.
Third-party data
Google or another provider may independently control advertising, diagnostics, purchase or platform information. Their information is governed by their own policies and settings. Aggregated or irreversibly anonymized information may be retained. Limited records may also be kept for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance or dispute resolution.
