- Institutional/School data (if applicable): roster info, class affiliation, or admin-provided identifiers to manage access.

- Payment processors: to process transactions (e.g., Razorpay or equivalents). We do not store full card details.
- Affiliates/sub-brands: QLearnX and GeekForMath for unified account management, per this Policy.
- Business transfers: part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
- Legal/safety: to comply with law, enforce terms, protect rights/safety/property.
- With your consent: other sharing you request or approve.
International Transfers

Institutional Accounts (Schools/Organizations)
If your access is provided by an institution, that organization may act as controller for certain data and manage your account provisioning and policies. In such cases, we process data as a processor on their instructions where applicable.
